Premiere Pro Timeline stuck problem fix
There might be a lot of fixes out there but I found one of them which work for me and i see it also work for other people also
1st step: change the location of your whole file the footages , premiere pro projects file, and what ever you use in this project
make a different folder in a new location and move them all to this folder
2nd step: Re-start your computer
3rd step: Now run the project from your new location 100% it will work
if not repeat this process again in the same way hope it will fix
